Service 1: Fresh OCI Card

For new applicants. Who can apply?

• You were Indian citizen before and now you have a foreign passport (USA, UK, Canada, etc.)
• Your parents, grandparents or great-grandparents were Indian citizen
• Your child is born abroad and parents are Indian / OCI holder
• Foreign origin spouse of Indian citizen or OCI holder (married for 2+ years)

Service 2: OCI Reissue / Renewal

Many people don't know — OCI needs to be reissued in some cases. We help in this.

• Child OCI: Every time a new passport is issued till 20 years age, OCI must be reissued. Mandatory.
• Adult (21 to 50 years): No need to reissue OCI when new passport comes. Only upload new passport details on OCI website. We do it for you.
• After 50 years: First time after 50, you must reissue OCI with new passport. After that no need.
• Name / surname change after marriage, passport details change, lost or damaged OCI

We check your age and passport date, and tell you if reissue is required or only online update is enough. Many agents charge for reissue even when not required. We will save your money.

Service 3: OCI for Minor / Child

This is most confusing for parents. We specialize in this. File is different from adult OCI.

• Child born in USA / UK / Canada to Indian parents — eligible
• Child born abroad to OCI holder parents — eligible
• Child born in India — we prepare the correct child category file

Service 4: OCI for Foreign Spouse

If you are a foreign citizen married to an Indian citizen or OCI holder for 2 years, you can get OCI.

• Mandatory: marriage should be 2 years old at time of application
• Marriage must be registered
• Joint documents: address proof showing both names, joint bank account (if available)
• Spouse must be present with Indian spouse at VFS for interview (in some countries)

This category has the highest rejection rate due to wrong documents. Our BOI experience helps in correct documentation.

Service 5: Lost / Damaged OCI

If you lost your OCI card or the card is damaged, we help in reissue of duplicate OCI.
